Grampian Police have launched a clean-up on violence, antisocial behavior and the drugs trade.
The initiative is codenamed Operation Moravia and it is hoped that it will be as successful as a similar campaign in Aberdeen which saw more than 100 people being charged for a variety of offences.
Moray Divisional Commander Superintendent Mark Cooper said: "The people of Moray are extremely proud of their communities and we want to ensure that can continue.
"Members of the public have been forging stronger relationships with our officers since the creation of our Local Policing Teams a year ago and this has helped reduce criminal activity.
"Operation Moravia will give our communities a voice and allow them to stand up to those who are showing utter disregard for the communities in which they are committing crime, whether it be by dealing drugs or acts of vandalism."
The initiative will see the force working in partnership with NHS Grampian, Moray Council, Grampian Fire and Rescue and the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service.
A similar scheme in Aberdeen has also seen drugs worth more than £300,000 taken off the streets.
